Specializing in software products focused on ease of use and increasing organization efficiencies with real-time office and field automation. Products include Inspector FX Home Inspection, WDI FX Pest Control, and RadonPro FX Radon Software.

Richard Jordan, New Image Software's founder and CEO, began developing mobile software solutions in 1993 to automate his national inspection company's network of over 3,000 inspectors.

Miller Home Inspection has been using Inspector FX Home Inspection Software for a few years now, and finds it to be one of the best programs in the industry. Client regularly comment on the quality and detail in their complete inspection reports.

Under 1,000 Square Feet = $425

Under 2,000 Square Feet = $475

Under 3,000 Square Feet = $525

Under 4,000 Square Feet = $575

Under 5,000 Square Feet = $625

Homes built 1949 and Older

Under 1,000 Square Feet = $475

Under 2,000 Square Feet = $525

Under 3,000 Square Feet = $575

Under 4,000 Square Feet = $625

Under 5,000 Square Feet = $675

Note: Outbuildings and MIL apartments not included. Additional fees apply.

MULTI-FAMILY HOMES

Condominium Unit = $375 Inspection is primarily focused on interior elements, excluding exteriors, crawl spaces, etc.

Townhomes are charged at single family rates based on square footage, when both and exterior and interior inspections are desired.
